“August 2013 marked the 10th year since I first stood in a small basement studio to pose for my first photo shoot in my hometown of Peterborough Ontario. The photographer noted I was ‘a natural’ and so began the journey of countless more photo shoots after that! After gaining considerable practice on camera, I began speaking with local bridal shops and fashion houses in Peterborough’s downtown core, inquiring about working together. Brides by Tara and Hannamars were among the first bridal boutiques I ever walked for,”.
FLASHBACK 10 YEARS Ago – I am posing at age 16 inside Brides by Tara Bridal Shop:
I started working closely with Paul Asta Hair Salon in Peterborough where I began mingling with the moto crowd. I was noticed by photographer Virgil Knapp who recommended I work at Wakestock on Toronto Islands.
At Wakestock, a Monster Energy Canada rep spied me working the sampling tent and thus began my relationship with Monster Energy Drink. I’ve flown across Canada and had a lot of exciting memories!
Here is a recent interview I did with PTBOCANADA.COM on my career highlights thus far:
PTBOCanada.Com Interviews International Model and Canadian Actress Theresa Longo about her Peterborough Ties and Questions About the Modeling Industry
I truly LOVE my home town – Big Thank You to PtboCanada.com for the lovely interview.
In 2011 I joined forces with STRUTT Central Agency. Co-owner Christina Abbott signed me up for an Italian beauty pageant “Miss Italy of the World” – where I gained international status when I was crowned Miss Italia North America in 2011!
I flew to Italy to represent North America on the World Stage. I will never forget parading into the grandstands in the central square of Reggio Calabria, one night before the live televised pageant, proudly holding the Canadian Flag while thousands of Italians clapped us on as we descended onto the massive stage. What a moving moment it was!
Recently I have entered the world of commercials, music videos and acting! I am thrilled to say I am currently working on Feature Film – “Blur” – George D’Amato & Bruno Marino
I am beyond excited for what the future holds!
Thank you to those who regularly check my blog! I appreciate it a lot. I promise a lot of exciting updates…
